After many months of procrastination, our 2023 Website is finally online and ready for use. The new site builds upon the feedback we've received from you, our customers, through several new features (more on those below) while retaining or enhancing the core functionality of our old site.
E-commerce Store:
You can now purchase select marine parts, tools, and services directly from our website. Physical items can be shipped directly to your home, or we can hold them at the marina for pickup when you are next on-site. We are looking to expand our marine offerings in the coming months. If you have specific parts you wish we would stock, or just have ideas please reach out via our contact page.
Bridgeview Harbour Apparel:
After two years, we are finally offering of our most requested additions, Bridgeview Harbour apparel. You can now order Bridgeview Harbour Marina sweatshirts, hats, bags, cups, and tees right from our website. We are still building out our designs and hope to continue to expand them in the months to come. If you have any questions, a design idea, or would like to see different products offered, please contact us. A majority of our apparel orders are made-to-order, meaning we will print or screen your specific design. color, and size after we receive your order. This can add a day or two to lead times but hugely helps to reduce waste and the size of the inventory we need on hand.
Online Transient Slip Booking:
We have continued to partner with Dockwa, the nations largest Marina booking platform. Both seasonal and transient stays can be booked or requested right from our website..
Oh. and humble brag, we were named a 2022 Boater's Choice Marina by Marinas.com. Boater's choice awards are 100% based on customer reviews and we OWE YOU for getting us there.
Campsite Booking:
You can still book a stay at one of our 4 transient campsites through our partner Hipcamp. New for 2023 we have also added listings on The Dyrt, another popular short-term camping app, whichever you choose the price will be exactly the same.
We're really looking forward to meeting all of the new faces (and maybe some old ones) who choose to come to spend a few days in the Adirondacks or discover all the Lake Champlain Region has to offer.
Weather Station & Webcam:
In our 2021 End-of-year Customer Feedback survey, we asked what enhancements we can make to your marina experience. Several of you said a webcam would be a great way to view lake conditions before committing to a (sometimes several hour) drive to the lake.
We launched our 24/7 webcam in 2022 with live streams to our website, Youtube.com, and Windy.com. Since coming online we received a ton of interest from boaters, campers, hikers, locals, and weather enthusiasts. We have plans for improvements to both our weather site and webcam in 2023, so stay tuned for more information.
